South East Open Studio 2003 Artists and craftspeople open their studios and workshops providing an opportunity to see what really goes on in the creative process. Studios throughout Kent and Sussex join in and this year there is a record number participating. For more information you can e-mail me direct or contact www.southeastopenstudios.org.uk Local news Christine will be showing some of her paintings at the Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre, (Crayford, Kent) production of Amy's View in May. She was also commissioned to undertake paintings to go on the set. She said she was a little concerned that as the artist (in the play) was no longer living, were these the paintings the family couldn't bear to part with - or were they the ones they simply couldn't sell!! |
